How do I return an item?
Log into your account and
click on RMA Request. Submit the form and we'll issue you an RMA number. We must receive the return within 30 days from the ship date. We may refuse your return if a
RMA has not been completed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.Refused shipments will incur the fees charged to us by the carrier to ship the package back to us.
One of the items I ordered was damaged. How do I get it replaced?
Simply complete the return/exchange authorization form and let us know what was damaged. We'll help you get it fixed or replaced.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
We no longer offer wholesale accounts. Instead, our pricing structure has been modified to allow wholesale pricing to all customers.

Do you dropship?
We are happy to send orders to someone on your behalf. Orders are shipped without prices listed on the packing slip. However, our business name and address will be listed on the packing slip. You will be sent tracking information. You are responsible to contact us on your customer's behalf if an item is damaged or needs to be returned.
How much is shipping?
varies depending on location and shipping method. To determine the amount of
shipping, add your items to the cart and enter your ship to zip code. You can view your
shipping charges before you finalize your order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, including apartment or suite numbers. Orders that are returned as undeliverable will require customers to pay additional shipping charges to re-deliver. A $10.00 non-deliverable return shipping charge will also be assessed if the order is returned to us.
Do you have catalogs?
In order to keep our prices low, we only provide our online catalog. We do stock
many items that are not on our website, so if you are looking for a particular item, please contact us
